Have you heard about Admageddon?
Do you know what the upcoming Admageddon means for your usual advertising campaigns? Are you ready to take a step forward?
First off: what is this Admageddon all about?
Between ad-blockers and other 3rd party apps that remove ads from your browser and apps, or the simple fact that people can completely ignore ads while browsing, now more than ever, marketers have a serious difficulty reaching potential customers.
Even with the great database of private information mega-coorporations like Facebook and Google have, reaching a potential customer with an ad does not necessarily mean he will click on it or buy your shtick.
Oh poop! I was sure investing money in Facebook ads would create instant conversions!
Nope! Reach has absolutely nothing to do with conversions. That actually makes more sense once you think about it, telling someone about a product does not necessarily mean they’re immediately buying it.
That’s even harder now with the Admageddon ruining it for all of us. What it means is that a simple, well thought of advertisement could potentially go completely unnoticed simply because people don’t even see it! Costing you quite a lot of money, without any ROI.
